We came to celebrate Christmas with friends in Scotland. It is a 3 day 2 night trip. Friends booked a hut at Pine Marten Bar in Cairngorms. The cottage is much more cute than expected. When I went, fortunately, it was snowing too, so I got the atmosphere. On the side of the accommodation is a bar with cool drinks, very affordable. There is a Japanese sauna available. The adjacent part is a wide courtyard for the car to park. Next to the right is the wide beach of Loch Morlich where you can walk. And the atmosphere is very good #travel abroad #Sleep chill, beautiful accommodation The price is about 2500-4000 baht/night depending on the period.

The Pine Marten Bar

Dining on the roof, the place is not really a full seat, especially in the evening, there is a beautiful sunset on the sky, against the sunset, the opera house looks particularly beautiful

As we were staying on the campsite this proved to be a very convenient bar at most times of the day. Serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals plus coffee and cakes - all our needs were catered for. ...

A great place with a happy, casual vibe. Meals are lovely a bit different from the usual pub grub. Scotty and Katie great hosts and will go the extra mile for customers.

I was hesitant about this venue due to other experiences at MacDonald Highland Resort, but unfortunately I wish I had gone with instincts. They were obviously understaffed, we were only given half of a menu meaning ordering was limited, the beer tasted and smelled of pipe cleaner but according to the bar person that was my fault as no one else noticed it and the food was mediocre at best.  Certainly at the bottom of the scale for restaurants in Aviemore.
